I needed them for a job. I the. Got an email 2 days after the date passed to say it had been picked up by Sendle. Another 5 days later I got my parcel. I did email the seller when I saw the Sendle email but they didn’t really seem to care. Also emailed and logged a missing parcel and just got a message back to say they were contacting the courier,never heard back, no apology. Parcel showed up.
