I never write any feedback however Chris was awesome I and hope more people will use his service. He is giving you repair options, in my case even the most expensive was waaaaay much cheaper than Apple Store. High regards to Chris for honesty and integrity!! I returned a MBP which became lost in USPS limbo for over a week. He quickly responded to every message I sent him during this process The package was eventually delivered, much to my relief.
