It was all superficial and could be cleaned with simple methods. However, the price made the extra work required justified. It’s nice to have my favorite keyboard again.

The seller is good, it is not the seller's fault, but apparently the older keyboard does not have a identification that program likes. I still like the size and feel of it better, it is exactly what the seller listed, but some of the revisions and newer programs might not like it.

The box was destroyed because it was mostly empty. I told the delivery driver it was all right and just an old keyboard, and probably all right. But additional packing material would have been a good idea. By the way, the upgrade was preloaded on the laptop as described by the seller; all I had to do was wait for everything to be downloaded and added to the computer. The packaging was perfect as the laptop turned on the first time, I pressed the on button. The seller tossed in the power supply. I rate this seller/transaction A+++++!!
