They then lie and give the following tracking message "Delivery was attempted (unsuccessful) - Unable to locate the recipient". you can then only contact them by email. they ask for an alternative delivery address or you can pickup from their depot ( Laverton for Victoria ). I have two more Aramex deliveries I've been waiting ages for so I will never order anything from a Seller if Aramex is the postal service again. The product is good but sadly didn't arrive in time for me to use it as I needed my bike on the road. wasted my time and money waiting.
