    Overall this was a positive experience except for one thing. I didn't pay much attention to the shipping cost because I was happy to replace a mug my friend broke, however $15 is a ridiculously high amount for shipping unless it was 2 day shipping which it wasn't. Packaging was great, item arrived safely, as described, but I wouldn't have paid $20+ for the mug had I paid closer attention. Buyers; please take care to keep your excitement down and read the shipping costs carefully.
