Hits your head when putting your helmet on.
Obviously, lots of thought went into this product. It fits well into the helmet and is well integrated. My issue is the battery pack at the rear. I have had the previous Sena unit on the side of your helmet and had no issues.
Now, the battery pack is at the rear of the helmet at the back of your head/neck. When putting the helmet on, there is now a hard lump, where it used to be soft, so you can’t swing your helmet up and over and just pull it down. Having this hard lump at the back of my neck/spine, isn’t a good idea if you have an accident. Plus the helmet now sits on it all the time.
To me - it is a major design oversight that if you had lived with the GT Air without the Sena unit - it takes away from what is a great helmet.
