    Best magnesium so far

    I've tried many types of magnesium already but finally one product which really works. I'm using medication for my anxiety and depression but I wasn't felt much better until I started taking it with this magnesium. Since my partner's started taking it too he feels he has more energy and doesn't get tired that quickly than before. I absolutely recommend it for anyone.

    Really worth a shot!

    I was reluctant to try this as I had no success with another brand. But Doctor's Best has worked wonders for me, helping me to get a better sleep, which has helped with the fatigue. It hasn't removed all my fibro pain but it has alleiviated some of it, which is a bonus for me.

    Our need for Magnesium is high so one a day with organic fruit and veg is a great preventative.

    Obviously has fillers which are not nice and it is a largish tablet but the Mag is good quality.

    Changed my life

    I suffer too many issues too go through but these tablets have more or less stopped cramps spasms ECT. Highly recommended. All ready have a second bottle on way after they huge difference in 5 days my sleep doubled lots its helped .will use the rest off my life.medication hasn't had any effect over the last 17 years
