I messaged their sales department for a return and upon providing detailed photos of the pvc Azur Lane St Louis figure. I was offered a full refund. Very straight forward and hasle free department as long as you can proof your claim. Shipping took a while and it's nice to know their Sales Rep will do their best to find a solution. (Maybe I got lucky, experiences may vary) I'll reorder and try again.
