    I am very sorry, this should not happen. I appreciate your business and always work to the best of my abilities, it is a technical error that was fixed. I assure you that you were never ignored, I did not receive the messages and as soon as I received them I took action and sent the toner as soon as possible. When checking the tracking number, it shows that the package was delivered yesterday. I apologize if the delay caused any inconvenience, this situation does not reflect how I do business

    print dark entire page after a little use.

    It worked for a little while after installing but it started to print darker and darker entire page used in small quatities, 50-100 pgs.
