Samsung's resolution was to return and refund but would not replace it with a brand new unit (what I actually paid for). Not good enough. Buyer beware - this account is dodgy!

Using the speakers own boxes with no delivery packaging caused damage to the speakers boxing, which was very disappointing. The speakers could have been damaged in delivery. Otherwise product is exceptional and as described.
