    Swing and miss

    This product did nothing for my snoring. I use an oral appliance which works fairly well; I hoped this would be easier and more effective. It is easier, and is worth a shot. But didn't work for me

    they really work!!!

    I have a deviated septum and these really help with breathing through my nose at night. they are a tiny bit uncomfortable but well worth it for the benefits.
