They even informed me of battery cycles which is important with refurbished macs. The Mac air even came with updated Monterey OS and original charger. The condition is as described, if not better. My only issue is it was listed as SIM/eSIM compatible, and while it does have a sim slot, this serial number does not have WWAN antennae included. I had to buy a separate hotspot device. At the end of the day, I've had much worse experiences on ebay and this seller is above and beyond most others.
