I've felt considerably more energetic and clearer since using, the only problem is the flimsy plastic used to wrap it in, very difficult to get off and I'm having to put the plastic in my coffee until the shilajit dissolves then throw away the plastic, maybe as i only brough a 5g small amount to test it, but product is great, seems like the real deal.
