I initiated a return and followed all the correct procedures, sending the item back. Shockingly, the seller accused me of stealing parts from the package *they never included to begin with*. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest behavior. Buyers beware — inspect your packages carefully, and be prepared for accusations if something goes wrong. This buyer lied that the fan was missing a screw, we offered to send him screws, he refused. I wish I could upload a chat between us and the buyer. He admitted that he broke the glass shade, but couldn't explain what happened to the motor.
