      Beat was the second album in a trio of albums (Discipline, Beat and Three of a Perfect Pair), which featured the best lineup ever of King Crimson. Robert Fripp on Guitar and Keyboards Adrian Belew on Guitar and Vocals Tony Levin on Bass, Chapman Stick and Backing Vocals Bill Bruford on Drums and Percussion Of the 3 albums, Discipline is the best, but the other two, including this one, Beat, are also excellent albums. Stand out tracks are: Neal and Jack and Me Heartbeat Waiting Man and Neurotica
