The item was dispatched rapidly after purchase and was delivered shortly thereafter. The item was in the condition as described. The packaging could've been slightly sturdier than a bubble satchel though the shipment arrived without any damage. Devo's Freedom Of Choice was among the first batch of releases from Warner Communications Group on the CD format when it was launched globally in 1983. As most WEA releases in those first couple of years, it sported the "Target" printed label design.
