    Arrived late, poorly packaged, not as described, seller made accusations when communicating issues of defective product, had to resolve on my own. Threading on bottom of spindles were stripped. What should have been a convenience took additional effort on my part to correct the defect. Seller knew or should have known. Disappointed in quality control over item and seller’s lack of accountability. Clearly tried to pass one over. Poor experience.

    Customer clearly never understood how the bolt systems worked he was going to return all of it until i told him how it work. Then it all worked fine never heard anymore from him
