The plastic box was crushed and two of the flaps were open. Several of the candles were broken. I explained this to Suzy Fowlkes I asked for refund. She insisted that I return the candles. She said that she hadn’t caused the problem even though the plastic box was placed in a soft sided mailing envelope. She took no responsibility and refused to honor my request.
