I am decoding 1888 Jack The Ripper communications, young WR Hearst is mentioned "in his Witty Tie" by the taunting Lord Mayor of London Polydore De Keyser who's per coded missives The Real Jack The Ripper and I found the c 1887 photo of the soon to be very, famous Newspapers Media Mogul in the tie. TY. Absolutely, wonderful to now have in my personal collection.
