In fact, Vintage Lerner Melville desk organizers are made of a plastic alloy. The buyer could have communicated to us that he was not satisfied with the purchase and we would have immediately accepted a refund and issue a full refund. Instead the buyer complains that this item is not wooden when no such product exists from this manufacturer.
