Communication with the Seller was nonexistent, despite my messages sent to them. When it didn't show up by June, I sent in an investigation to EBay. They still never contacted me, as I still wanted the item and not a refund. My case was closed with EBay and not resolved. I had it reopened to ask for a full refund. I have had to ask PayPal to manage the dispute as Seller wanted me to send it back at my own cost - Seller wanted me to sort it out with Ebay however as he had sent his return address it triggered an inability for me to pursue the matter through Ebay. Matter will have to be sorted out with PayPal buyers insurance which is annoying when Seller could have just given me a refund
