    Works good for installing/removing nocks, just ok for turning them off

    I have mixed feelings about this tool. Originally I used a small pocket knife to turn off the nocks and it worked fine. I wanted this tool but it was always close to 10 bucks which wasn't worth it. I found a deal finally and bought two of them. They work great for holding the nocks to install or remove, but doesn't seem as easy as just using a small knife. They do work okay. I don't even think this tool should be needed. It would be like having a gun scope that requires special tools to sight it in. They should have a target mode that doesn't light up during target practice and you should be able to use a field point to push a button, not a special tool. They should also have cheap practice nocks with the exact weight and dimensions so you don't have to ruin your hunting nocks ...

    Nock Instal tool

    Must have for Nockturnal lighted nocks. You can try to use your field point to turn them off, but that is a pain. Get the tool, do it correctly. You can index your Nock with this tool and not crack or damage them also.

    must have tool to make using the Lighted nock easy

    This tool is a must have in my opinion. using a knife or pointed object is a pain in the butt and dangerous without this tool.
