  • Bearden Excalibur Briefing Book

This is a somewhat interesting account of paranormal "things". It includes plates of Kirlian photography and many odd and interesting theories. You must wonder what a physicist with Mr. Bearden's background and interest was doing in a military career. If you read his more serious works, published by the Tesla in 1990 from earlier publications, you know that he is only moderately interested in nuclear physics. You would expect him to be, at most, a contractor. He has an interest in "scalar waves" and other Tesla concepts. I suspect his work is much more nefarious. The US Defense Department only has to stamp something "Top Secret" and invoke "National Security" and it is immune to the "freedom of information act". That department can torture considerable numbers of people, wasting billions with no accountability. This is an interesting book but the only theme I can glean is a background of Scalar waves and Tesla concepts.
