Seller claimed they werent aware of the marks & offered to refund me if I sent the item back. Considering they mislabeled the item, it wouldnt be fair to take time out of my day & money out of my pocket to ship the item back. Why would I pay for the seller’s mistake? I offered a mutual beneficial resolution and assured him I would still give me solid marks.
