    The seller says he accepts cancellation. I requested it because I had already gotten another one that arrived on time before I left the US and he rejected the cancellation. It never arrived, even today, and I am no longer in the US to receive it.

    Buyer is a flat out liar. Listing states all sales are final, no returns are accepted. Buyer's regret is not a valid reason for attempting to return an item or fraudulently obtain a refund. Item is clearly in transit as proven by the tracking number.
