      The Kobalt leaf blower arrived new and in good working condition. I was pleased except the blower extension pipe was broken in shipment by the US Postal Service. The product box arrived late and in terrible condition. I immediately sent my complaint to the seller with pictures. He promptly agreed to send a replacement of the broken part. He shipped the part immediately by way of UPS SurePost. It has arrived a day early and in good condition. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SELLER.
