So the trackers worked as advertised. Except that one of the trackers isn’t showing up on my app. So I had three out of four that are working. I did attach it and activated it but since it does not work I do not know how to unlock it and reconnect. Hi these Tiles are dead, and I cant even change the battery to see if thats the issue, I can’t even try to replace it because the battery cover wont slide off its like its super glued on or something, as much as I try to slide it off i cant, my thumb nail was even chipped off. Please help.it says I can leave a negative review until seven days, but I would like to get this fixed asap, since im going on vacation and need them thx.

No more lost keys!
