    I like my Sharpal kit.

    Since purchasing this Sharpal diamond plate kit I have used it to sharpen 4 knives. I do have another diamond plate sharpener but it only has one plate of diamonds. The Sharpal, with its 2 diamond plate system is actually faster to achieve a sharp blade and the finish of the cutting surface is of a finer finish. Stropping is quicker.
