    When I received my Ionic Breeze I was intially disappointed because the base was broken with 3 pieces being in the bottom of the box. Unit was poorly packaged, and I suspect base was broken in transit. I contact the seller and that offer to take the unit back or send me a new base. I tested the unit and it works fine, and the unit had been cleaned exceptionally well. I choose to keep the unit, seller promptly sent a new base. Seller was easy to work with., and I would due business with them.

    Brother ML-300 Arrived in One Piece

    Product seems fine. The packaging to send it could have been better. Lots more cushion to product did not move in carton. It got bounced around and loosened parts. The ribbon and correction tape should have been taken out and packaged separately because they jarred out and were challenging to refit. I will use it for a prolonged time before I say it's ok. Right now, it seems fine
