    item arrived as described, however it does not operate correctly. The power supply cuts on and off rendering it unusable. The seller is not at fault in this case as they never took the shrink wrap off the box. Oh well, maybe ebay can refund me.

    Thought I'd try it

    I'm not sure if they work or if it is just that want them to work. They feel good when wearing, but you must wear them in a closed shoe,not sandals. I'm waiting for the colder weather before I can truely tell. Do they come in men's sizes? If so I would buy a pair for my brother to try. He also suffers from neuropathy . We could share our thoughts on if they really help.
