  • Learn How to Live a Long Life Being the Best You Can Be!

This book is not really a how-to personal improvement manual; however, by learning about the lifestyles of centenarians who lead productive, healthy lifestyles we can adopt some of their habits. What's interesting is how similar yet different the 6 cultures examined are, and how they are scattered across the globe. Before ordering this volume to share with some of my friends I had given a copy to each of my adult children. It is a real asset, especially when we realize that we're part of an aging population.
