Best powder foundation
It Cosmetics is awesome! I use the CC Cream in the fall and winter, the celebration foundation in the spring and summer. I only use It Cosmetics for all my makeup needs. Celebration foundation illumination is simply the best powder foundation! Lasts all day with a glow not glitter.
