    When I received my Ionic Breeze I was intially disappointed because the base was broken with 3 pieces being in the bottom of the box. Unit was poorly packaged, and I suspect base was broken in transit. I contact the seller and that offer to take the unit back or send me a new base. I tested the unit and it works fine, and the unit had been cleaned exceptionally well. I choose to keep the unit, seller promptly sent a new base. Seller was easy to work with., and I would due business with them.

    Great air cleaner, does good job removing smoke

    This is my 3rd Ionic Breeze, 1st one lasted ten years, the interior wire broke. 2nd one now 8 years old and still works well. This one was in like new condition is quite and works well. We are smokers and the Iconic Breeze does a good job of removing smoke. They are also easy and fast to clean.

    I would purchase more

    The "Sharper Image Ionic Breeze Quadra Silent Air Purifier", was a GREAT purchase, almost like new. We had purchased our first one new, about 2008. No FILTERS to ever replace. Just pull the collector plates out and wipe them off. It was start making a very light hissing noise when it needs to be cleaned. Then just turn the complete unit (it is very light) over and back several times, this cleans the ion charging wires (much like a laser printer charges the paper), there are 2 beads that slide up and down the wires to clean them. As long as you clean it when it is needed, it will last almost forever. Remember, no moving parts, but you can feel the air moving, it is the ions in the air being drawn into the unit.

    it QUIETLY cleaned my air.

    I have had it for a couple weeks and it works quietly. I have cleaned it easily using a damp cloth & canned air. I'm impressed and happy with them. Although it has 3 speeds, low seems very effective and I can feel the air gently blowing out. The newer models are noisier. I am Happy with its performance.

    Nice clean air

    I noticed a difference in the air in my room within 2 days. It now smells just like outside! I haven't had to clean it yet but I love the 'no filter' aspect. Just wipe down the collectors. I would definitely recommend this for people with allergies. My symptoms have lessened quite a bit thanks to this little wonder.
