Couldn’t find a replacement controller online, but the seller went above and beyond my expectations and offered me an apology and a full refund including shipping!! Due to is bulky size and weight it was not feasible to ship back and it’s useless without the controller. Absolutely a stand up seller!!

    Blurred print

    The product came packaged extremely well. It fit my machine, I added brand new cartridges because it said I had to in order to work. This sadden me because my black ink cartridge was barely used. It appeared there was a lot of ink in the printhead also. When printing an excel sheet (normal printing) some of the lines were not printing, others were blurred and some printed nicely all on the same sheet.

    Perfect solution

    I’ve already bought another HP printer and was about to trash my OfficeJet Pro 8100. Though about replacing the printer head and bought this one rather doubtful. Printer head work perfectly and nether than the previous unit. A real replacement.
