    Doll was shipped quickly, but not as described. Her arms were badly stained and one of the boots had the heel broken off. My messages to attempt to work with the seller went ignored. She is still a lovely doll, and I will attempt to repair her, but I certainly wouldn’t have paid “NIB” prices for a project.

    We do check our ebay messages and none was received from you. Had you filed a complaint, we would have asked you to return the doll for a full refund. Please note that the doll you received was brand new and NEVER UNDRESSED, therefore if there are stains, I wouldn't have seen them. I also personally examined and packaged the doll and shoes appeared to be in perfect condition. I am sorry that you are not pleased with your purchase, I would have gladly taken her back as I do love her too.
