He was courteous, respectful and did a brilliant job. I had various questions prior to purchase and the vendor always replied quickly and was happy to answer me and also give advice, when I sought that. What were the pros and cons of a latex mattress via a memory foam one etc. The bed is exactly as it was described and is wonderful.
