Strong and well made. Just be aware that there are various purchasing options regarding extras included with the tube and you need to select the correct heads you need as the original Dyson heads will not fit the extension tube wand.

Arrived very quickly and much better than I was expecting. This addition really turns your lightweight dyson into a heavyweight spider/web remover from high ceilings that are otherwise hard to reach and its still a really light piece of kit in operation. I would recommend it highly. I bought to use with my DC35 ( (I also have a V6 and V6 fluffy) and it seems to have been a fantastic investment.

The item was delivered and I am assuming it is as described as I have not seen it myself. It was delivered to a tenant.
As soon as I ordered the item I realised I needed 2 instead of one. The seller had a pack of 2 for sale which is cheaper than buying 2 individually. I immediately messaged seller to change the order so that I take the 2 pack instead of the single pack I had ordered. The seller never even bothered responding to my message. That I find shocking and won't buy from seller again.

The item arrived promptly but was sadly damaged in the post. We advised the seller who supplied a replacement, strongly packed and by return of post. The seller asked for a photo of the damage which we were happy to supply but failed to transfer from the phone to the PC. The seller was very patient, however, and we eventually sent them an email with said attachment from the phone. The spare part is now installed and working.
