Seller agreed to a refund which is great. I have to pay $19.99 return shipping to get a refund of $18.99. At the end I am out 1 Dollar. Not such a great deal. Other sellers did not require me to send the item back and gave me a full total refund I was hoping for the same with this seller. I would send the item back if I could get a full refund for both item and shipping. Then I would revise my rating. If this was Amazon I would not have to pay for return shipping
