This is a beautiful, unusual little watch. I actually love the way the gold plating has begun to wear off with age. I am still getting a feel for how often and how far to wind it. I put away my last automatic watch when my parents bought me an elegant, ladylike hexagonal Seiko for my high school graduation in 1982. It's a relearning curve I'm glad to be on.
