The nozzle of the pump did not fit properly and could not be inflated, and the bolt on the paddle was broken and could not be fitted either. I immediately asked for a replacement. The seller responded immediately for resending, but it took three weeks for the replacement to arrive. I was also disappointed that their communication was so poor and there was no word of apology.
