The arrival of the SUP was very fast. But It had a problem with the pump and paddle. The nozzle of the pump did not fit properly and could not be inflated, and the bolt on the paddle was broken and could not be fitted either. I immediately asked for a replacement. The seller responded immediately for resending, but it took three weeks for the replacement to arrive. I was also disappointed that their communication was so poor and there was no word of apology.

Very fast dispatch and good customer service email updates; but item description had some inaccuracies and packaging was pretty lousy - just a shipping label stuck directly to the product's box, no external postal packaging at all. Still happy with the customer service nonetheless, but please endeavour to improve postal packaging.
