The item arrived without its original packaging and with slight damage, based on the pictures provided I thought I would receive it new, clearly I was wrong. Only after I had it in my hands did I see a little sticker pointing out the defect. I appreciate the sticker but I would have preferred to know beforehand. I would strongly advise the seller to accurately take photos of the actual towel being sent or write it in description of having a defect.
