After contacting the seller, he investigated with USPS and it was determined they lost the package at some point. Seller was more than helpful and prompt and sent me a new product, free of charge to me! I even offered to pay the shipping and he declined my offer. Product works great and all is well!! :)

They seemed friendly, but I did not communicate with them since I didn't have a problem. Overall, I would buy from this seller again if I needed another item and they seemed friendly with their messages.
