The shoes are my 3rd set and are exactly suited to my feet and style of long distant walking. A very good hard wearing shoe that is comfortable and water proof. The delivery however was a different matter EVRI erstwhile Hermes cancelled 3 delivery dates and then tried to say they had tried to deliver my shoes, but we were out. This was a false statement backed up with camera evidence. I could live with operational problems, but irritated when they tried to blame me. Suggest you consider this?
