Stick it & next morning it's, let's be honest, not like new, but it's stuck and it's waterproof. I'm very heavy on running shoes, wearing down the outer rear edge of the heels; stick some gaffer tape around the outside edge to stop the glue oozing over the edge & build that corner up to it's original height, repeat when it wears down again. Highly recommended product & seller.
