I received this order in amazing time! My customer wanted it at the last minute & i thought that there was no way it would arrive in time. Imagine my surprise when it was here a day early. Seller went above & beyond to get it here on time. The ring is lovely, looks just like the pictures show it to be. Also, the engraving is perfect and it came with a nice, velvet covered ring box. I had not updated my address so the original order was returned to the seller. They were so gracious and patient with me. They re-shipped the pearls as soon as they received them and they got here in plenty of time before Christmas! I am sure my wife will love them. The charcoal pearls were as advertised!
