The unit was well packaged and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. My only gripe was when the tracking info claimed that it was going to arrive on April 4th, and it had only arrived at the Wisconsin facility on the evening of the 3rd. This meant that I had to stick around the house all day on the 4th for nothing. Fedex has done this to me as well, and it would be nice if the tracking info for both delivery services, would be more up to date. Other than that, the item works great.
