Received machine with multiple broken parts asked for another machine they refused. They asked for photos of the broken parts and I sent . They said they would ship the 4 parts. They sent only 1 of the parts. Plus who is paying for the installation of the new parts if they even arrive. I’m asking for some for of refund. It’s been over 2 months . Just keep getting the runaround!!
