On arrival of the product they had been squashed and creased as they were only in a plastic bag for delivery. After contacting the seller, I explained I did not expect a refund as I had used them and managed to smooth them, however, I did explain the packaging needed to be a bit stronger than a plastic bag for future deliveries. They immediately apologised and gave me a full refund. Yes I would recommend the product as they were just what I needed and any problems they do get back to you quickly
