Won't reply to any of my emails. Package was 2 weeks late with no tracking info till the night after it arrived. When it did it arrive it was delivered to the wrong building and left out side. So package is gone. The parcel company they use (Aramex) won't do anything because they say it was sent by the company and no signature of proof was need. I did not agree to any of this.

Quality of the 86/BRZ rear diffuser was terrible. Tried to contact the seller for a week to seek clarification as finer details of diffuser differed from picture. Diffuser was ill fitting, improperly moulded and not symmetrical. Launched return through eBay. Seller disputed return on grounds that it was returned in a different condition than it was sent. Item was returned as recieved, even in same box, eBay refunded item. Would not purchase from this seller again. Buyer be warned.
